Winter BLB Training and Playing
This winter, we will be doing 1 hour trainings on Sunday’s that involve skill enhancement and game playing. Goal is to build up skills and teach different techniques to improve individual skills, and then let them play and be coached in the moment to promote game IQ by our high school players and myself.
Each 1 hour session will have a warm up, skill break down including ball handling/finishing/shooting/passing/dynamic movements, 1 on 1 decision making, and lastly 3 on 3 playing.
We do this during our CBA season, therefore I will be using some of our players as coaches to help inspire our youth.
SCHEDULE: Sunday Evenings at 6pm-7pm
December – 14th, 21st
January – 4th, 18th, 25th
February – 1st, 15th, 22nd
Small Group Workouts:
Tuesdays & Thursdays 2 sessions each day to choose from. This will be done by Coach Blake Hamilton who is one of our BLB player development coaches!

6:30-7:30pm
Dates available for small group work:

Jan. 6th, 8th, 20th, 22nd, 27th, 29th
Feb. 3rd, 5th, 10th, 12th, 17th, 19th, 24th, 26th
There are 2 time slots available each day, a 5:30-6:30pm slot and a 6:30-7:30pm slot.
You choose what date/time works for you by registering under sign up.
This will be more concentrated on skill work and 3 on 3 conceptual basketball meaning we give an action for the kids to learn and we rep it until we get better with the decision making inside this action.
