Individual – 1 on 1 workout where we build up the workouts over the five trainings sessions. Each training is specific to the level of the player. Each workout will be designed to improve specific skills over these trainings.
Group – Small group of three to six players working together in skill development, small sided games, decision making 1 on 1, 2 on 2, and 3 on 3. Each workout will built up over the five sessions in order to make gains within their game.
Summer camp – We create a very competitive but fun environment for kids to learn the game better and improve their skills. Skill development, shooting development, decision making drills in 1 on 1, 3 on 3 and learning to play within space will all be apart of the main topics of teaching. We will do a variety of competitions where kids will win prizes at the end of the week, and awards for campers who excel through the week in different categories.
Saturday or Sunday morning workouts – training sessions to get in some skill work, and play in game situations. Will play decision making in 1 on 1 and 3 on 3. Will also add in 5 on 5. Building up some reps, and live play to make a competitive workout for each player.
Specified clinics – Clinics with a focus on a specific skill . Clinics will include 1 on 1, 3 on 3, two part shooting, ball handling, art of passing, and defense. Within each clinic, we want to teach mostly on that specific skill to really make improvement and understanding within the game.
